The icons on the tool bar above represent "short cuts" to many of Microsoft Words functions. The description below will describe the icons you need to know for the completion of your writing project.

	These icons, from left to right, represent the following functions: New document, Open a document, Save a document.
	These icons, from left to right, represent the following functions: Print a document, Print Preview, Spell Check.
	These icons, from left to right, represent the following functions: Cut text from a document, Copy text from a document, Paste text into a document
These icons, from left to right, represent the following functions: Select a predefined heading size, Select a Font for you text, Select a size for your text.
	These icons, from left to right, represent the following functions: Text attributes Bold, Italics, Underlined
	These icons, from left to right, represent the following functions: Left Justification, Text Centered, Right Justification, Fully Justified.
